Radio Flyer

In Fall 1990, I worked in my first movie as an extra in various scenes of Radio Flyer that were filmed in Novato. In the picture on the left, filmed at Novato High School, I am possibly the kid far in the background to the left of the girl's hair — until the DVD is released, I can't be sure. In the picture on the right, filmed behind Norman Street, I am playing basketball far down the alley, hidden by the bike tire. When the movie premiered in 1992, as one of the local extras in the film, I was taken to a benefit screening at the Rowland Theater by limousine, riding with Doug McConnell, then of Mac & Mutley and now of Bay Area Backroads.
